Affordable Dentures & Implants

I initially had an extraction for an infected tooth, the extraction was quick and easy and affordable, if you have a really bad tooth that needs to be extracted, this is a good option. I went back about a year+ later for additional issues and ended up with a partial top (flipper tooth) and bottom denture. This experience was less good. I felt like my concerns were dismissed as "just not being used to how dentures will feel" when they fit very badly and I felt rushed out of the office and told to make another appointment to miss more work to come back later. It may well be that this is how dentures/flippers feel but I did not enjoy the experience or product. I ended up getting a refund on the work that wasn't yet done.

web sight says simple extractions are $109. I needed a simple extraction and they charged me for a complex extraction (surgical extraction $205). I asked when the dentist was done, if it was a simple extraction would I receive the difference in price refunded. The secretary said no. I tried to ask the dentist this and said because he was a clinical technician he doesn't answer monetary questions. I also wanted to know why he called himself a clinical technician? Only oral surgeons are trained to extract teeth. These are all red flags!

Terrifically compassionate, efficient and gentle dentist. The actual extraction took less than 5 minutes and was nearly pain free! I am glad to have met the staff at this office and happy they are there should I need them in the future. Thank you so much.

If I could give no stars I would. First off, we called for information regarding our appointment. We were told tightening my grandfather's dentures would start at 65$ and possibly be more. When we arrived at affordable dentures in Raleigh, we waited for our appointment and we're called back for a consultation. We were told by staff and front desk staff that they are going to be refusing to do his dentures. No reason was given expect that they wanted him to pay for a new plate (which was $1800) instead of fixing his old one. When I asked why he needed a new plate and why they couldn't fix his old one, they gave me no explanation. They literally told me "we have every right to turn a patient away and not work on them if we don't WANT to." Like what? Ridiculous. They told us if we werent satisfied go back to the affordable dentures in Garner. So that we will. Please do not use this office. They are unprofessional and rude. They will turn you away just because they want to. Also, they started asking my grandpa (without me there) about his income and digging into his financials which is NONE of their business. I wouldn't trust your appointment.

In March 2023 i called Affordable Dentures Raleigh office on Triangle Plantation Drive and spoke to Crystal with a lot of questions i had and she was AWESOME in listening to me and not trying to hurry me off the phone but took the time to answer every question i had with such professionalism and courtesy to me, shes such an asset to the company!!! Keosha is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!! She listens to my many issues and concerns and is always quick on finding a solution. She (Keosha) is soooo knowledgeable and i look forward to my followups with her, she makes this experience enjoyable. I have not had the pleasure of interacting with Dr Ruby yet but intend to do a followup review after my next 6 months once i get my PERMANENTS. I can truly say everyone i have spoken to at this facility has been so courteous, caring and respectful. Thank you Affordable Dentures for making my experience FUN!

I had broken my dentures and they saw me early right after the holiday. Everyone was very nice and comfortable to talk with. They also have easy financial plans to work with you if your on a budget. See you soon. 😘
