Affordable Dentures & Implants

I had a terrible experience with Affordable Dentures and Implants. I have read the horror stories other patients have gone through with this company, but I never thought I would experience it. I had a lot of trust for the previous dentist and his staff. Despite having a four-year warranty, my dentures broke less than a year after getting them repaired. The previous dentist and staff fixed my upper denture at no cost to me because of the warranty. At my most recent appointment, I was told I'd need to pay $379 to fix my lower denture even though that should’ve been covered. The staff was unhelpful, and the dental tech (the only dental tech working that day) stated the lab staff suggested the damage was my fault, which was completely unfounded. I was then told I needed a whole new set of dentures costing over $4,000, even though mine were less than two years old. Is it because I refused to pay for repairs that are covered under a warranty they provided, or they are not salvageable. I never met or spoke to the new dentist or received a clear explanation for these charges or how they came to the conclusion. The lack of customer service and accountability has left me beyond frustrated.

1 star because 0 stars isn't a option. I made an appointment to be checked out for some issues I'm having. I asked about fees at the time of the appointment because THEY DO NOT accept insurance. The representative who scheduled the appointment checked and double checked and i was told it would be $0 unless I approve. I showed up on time, waited 40 minutes, 2 minutes into the exam I'm told it's a $250 x-ray fee. Obviously a bait and switch provider. The sign on the door says FREE X-RAY (pic attached)

This place is amazing. I absolutely love the new doctor. She is so much better than the previous doctor. Her team was professional and friendly. I wasn't scared after my visit to finally get my teeth done. I would highly recommend not waiting to start living and smiling again. I am kicking myself in the butt for putting myself last for so long. We all deserve to smile! They don't take insurance but it was still cheaper than the dentist!

My name is ulyana. I came 29 years ago from Ukraine I worked in medical field 41 years. I met Dr. Lui I admire her professional work she doesn’t speak a lot but she does excellent job if you have to do evaluation of her work I put her A+. I am very happy what she did to me. She made me dentures and I am very happy with her work. I recommend everyone to come here. She is very professional I never saw anyone in 41 years of my experience in medical field like her. Again thank you very much.

No stars. It made me put at least one in order to post this but I truly means no stars!!! This place has me very upset. The last few times I went there something always goes wrong. 1. When I had the surgery to removed my teeth and get an immediate partial put in. I was only aware we were taking the teeth out and then putting the partials in. The male dentist which I don’t think even works there anymore, he started cracking off my upper jaw bone. I freaked out. Just the noise alone got me. How do you operate on someone and not tell them what all you are doing to their body? 2. The next visit I sat there for 45 minutes before being greeted at the front door for my appointment. Multiple people were there and looking around asking each other has anyone greeted you? It appeared they were short staffed which I do understand but your a dental office hire some people! It was still unprofessional! 3. This last visit was just for impressions for my final partial. I thought okay quick and easy visit… no never. So let me start off by saying I’ve had impressions done before and they were never this bad. Usually the dental assistant does them and first they size your mouth and see which upper plate will fit in your mouth. They usually use the smallest plastic one on me. This visit the new female dentist did it herself and didn’t even size my mouth and used the biggest metal one she could find. She barely got it in my mouth but couldn’t get it out and tried to yank it out of my mouth and it didn’t work because you had to tilt it and go out one side of the mouth first then the other. She repeated this process a total of 4 times. I am in the worst pain of my life right now. Both right and left sides of my mouth are ripped from the outside all the way around and to the inside of my mouth. Chunks of skin from the inside of my mouth are missing. Both sides of my mouth are very swollen. It looks horrible and feels horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I’m putting it out there to the public so you all can see for yourselves how bad off this dental office really is. I wish I hadn’t of paid them almost $3,000 out of pocket because they don’t deserve a dime they way they treat their patients!!! It’s too late for me now I have to keep going back, don’t make the same mistake I did!!!
