Terrible customer service..rude staff! Upon checking in the office manager told me my insurance was "good to go"..later I was told my approval had expired and I'd have to come back another day. I asked for my dentures back and she said she would call the police..they had broken my teeth! They super glued them together with a huge gap in them and sent me on my way..not happy at all!

Super nice and explains everything very well… Dr Lewis is the best ever… He is so patient and just really really nice… Would tell everyone to come here :)

The staff is Extremely rude and disrespectful. I called to see how the process will be to have my wife tooth fixed and right off the start the first person I talked to was so rude, short, disrespectful and just plain out nasty. She was having an attitude by assuming someone didn’t have an appointment set and blunting saying over and over how they don’t take walk ins. The bad thing was no one said they were going to be a walk in. So when I asked to speak with someone in charge that’s when she just rudely hung up on me. So I proceeded to call back to speak with someone in charge about what just happened and the second people that answered the phone was just as rude as the first. When I asked to speak with someone in charge the staff member asked me if I just called then just hung up on me as well. So finally when I called back the third time to speak with someone in charge that’s when I was able to speak with the so called office manager. When I tried to explain to her what happened as well as how disappointing and disgusting and disrespectful her staff was and how I would like to have a number to make a complaint on this location about the stuff that’s when the office manager as she kept saying just ended up being worse than the other two staff members. She said it wouldn’t matter if I made a complaint because it would just end up going right back to her and she’s the office manager so it’s pointless. Then I had the liberty to receive a text message from someone at the office stating if I come in with my wife then I would have to wait in the car or the police would be called. No threats were ever made, no yelling nor anything for that matter as well, just because someone was going to make a complaint on how disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional the staff was being makes a person not being able to be in a building. This place is a huge joke, and I can tell that they will treat people like trash. So I would highly recommend for everyone to reconsider and really look into this place before you end up getting poor dental care from people with extremely poor attitudes. Needless to say my wife will never return to this dental office again.

The entire team, especially Office Manager Kellie, was incredibly kind and supportive throughout my daughter's tooth extraction. Dr. Lewis displayed a high level of professionalism and skill, making the process as painless as possible. The affordability of the services, coupled with the compassionate care, truly sets this practice apart. I have never had a better dentist in my life. Very kind, caring, attentive, and sympathetic. There was zero pain at all they made sure to make sure I was in comfort. Not stressful at all. If you have a fear of the dentist this is where you need to go. 5 stars is not enough to give the entire staff.
