Affordable Dentures & Implants

I recently visited Affordable Dentures & Implants twice with my dad. Both visits were very professional from the beginning to end. The front desk assistants were friendly and did their best to accommodate his travel schedule. Veronica was excellent with her assessment and adjustments she made. She continued to work with him until he felt he had the best fit possible. They also encouraged him to come back if he had any issues. Dr. Kunz was also professional and a great help. We would recommend this office to anyone who needs this type of service, and were grateful for their professionalism and assistance.

I wasn’t explained everything in the beginning. Picking up bits and pieces from follow up appointments. The front desk staff…. The one elder lady is nice and treats people with respect. The other front desk staff, A NIGHTMARE!!! Rude and hateful. They forget what business they are in and about customer service. I am a nurse and I will be sure to tell any of my patients who need dentures, to most definitely NOT go here. I can’t eat anything solid as anytime I try my teeth flip flop in my mouth and the partial runs the biggest sores ever. There are these weird bumpy bone part under the guns that the dentist said he could shave down if needed. My question is, why are they there? Are the parts of my jaw that were broken? The day they pulled all of my teeth, they said to put the denture in and keep it there. There was no soft liner in it and it was extremely painful. Not only that, I was bleeding so heavy. My follow up appointment to that, they said I had a cavity and needed it filled but they never mentioned that from the start or was wrote up in my work up plan. I will be so glad when this is all over with them. I will not ever go back. I will go to the other company a few miles down the road……

From my initial appointment, to my extractions, to at least three soft liners, then my last appointment for my hard liners, this place was awesome. The staff were kind , professional and very pleasant! I highly recommend. The price is a fraction of a regular dental office. They made what is not normally a pleasant experience very tolerable. When I first started I was not happy. I had trouble with the fit and comfort of the dentures. After 5 weeks, I was despondent and thinking I had made a very expensive mistake. I went in to try again to get my dentures to feel at least comfortable. They assigned me Veronica to try and fix my concerns. She was extremely patient, and listened to all my complaints and concerns, and let me vent. She then set about addressing each and every concern I had. When I left that day, I was so very satisfied. I knew I would be able to eat solid food, and I was able to see the worth of all that was going through to get my teeth fixed. All because of a very helpful, kind and knowledgeable Veronica. She is very, very good at her job. And Affordable Dentures would wise to do whatever is necessary to retain her as an employee. Pay her! I came in thinking I had made a huge uncorrectable mistake, and left seeing the worth of all that I would have to go through to get my implants. I left doing a happy dance. I had a problem with my dentures and was unable to wear them in public. The staff were very kind and helpful. They got me in the next day and repaired my dentures. Everyone was so nice and helpful!

Not only did the assistance, but the dentist himself and the person who made my denture sat down. They listen to what I want they fixed the things that I wanted fixed. They really took the time to make sure things were done right and that I was completely satisfied with it With a denture for three years that didn’t fit right that was really bulky. The teeth looked absolutely fake and said that these people made for me are so lightweight. I forget their dentures. I can actually eat food. I’m excited to eat food. It’s comfortable. I would 100 hundred percent Refer them recommend them and return
