Affinity Dental Center

I have a disabled client I brought for an appt. Staff never asked prior if she was on medications that might interfere with her having an exam or cleaning. We arrived and I was told to put her in the exam chair...mind you it is not an easy task as she is 90 years old and a right leg amputee, then the dentist comes in and says he will do nothing. I advocated for my client as I should and we were illegally detained, worst of all my client has a horrible back ailment and wanted to get out of the exam chair and back in her wheelchair and they wouldn't allow me to do that. Even went as far as to accuse me of being a harm to her...why?? Because I advocated for her well-being?? They even went as far as calling my employer as my client sat in the exam chair yelling to go home. What kind of people treat a 90 year old woman like that?? Terrible.. terrible dentist. You owe my client a written apology...she said the only way she would go back is in her casket. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Everyone is so kind and professional at this office. I have severe dental anxiety and everyone makes me feel so comfortable. The office is very clean and spotless. I also liked that the dentist gives you a dental cleaning.

Spotless office, pleasant receptionist, Stephanie did a great job cleaning my teeth, doctor reviewd my xrays and reported no cavities. Been a patient since they opened! Love this practice! Back in six months for my cleaning appointment.

I set an appt for my autistic son they were able to get us in but I ended up waking up super super sick cough and fever completely forgetting about the appt. Missed 1 appt and now my son isn’t going to get seen. After I told the lady this is upsetting she said I was getting hostile, lol what a joke. They didn’t just lose one patient they lost 4 im taking myself and kids elsewhere. This place sucks customer service wise. Learn the definition before you use words!

I was treated very disrespectfully by one of administrative workers. She was being very unprofessional. All I was asking for if she can help me schedule a appointment and she was very rude about it. When I was going to my brothers car she also walked out too to the car and threaten to call the cops when all I asked was for an appointment.

I was a client since they opened. Haven't been there since 2017 as I had no issues with my teeth. I bit into something last week on a friday night and by Sunday night the side of my mouth was hurting bad. Went there Monday morning and they flat out told me they would do nothing as I hadn't been in since 2017 and to go find another dentist. My tooth had cracked in half and I had a infection as another dentist office found. Really nice of them to turn me away.
