Dr Symon is the best dentist! He always does a good job and I totally trusted his work. The office staffs are also very great and accommodating. Today, I was in a crunch for time and I had to get a couple of things done - cleaning and filling, which was scheduled for 1:30 hr. The staff arranged and put me at their priority. They were able to get everything done in less than 40 min. So, I got to work on time for my meeting. I felt so special! Thanks everyone!

Sarah was amazing with Vera Lynn - her patience and care with answering her questions (and she had a lot of questions) and explaining everything she was doing went beyond my expectations. Vera was so excited to know she gets to come back again. Dr. Simon was great with her also and she was excited to know that he is also her PopPops dentist. Thank you all for making her first dental experience a huge success! 8/14/2024 - I am adding to my last post as it won’t allow me to make a new one so hope this works. Today was the day Vera Lynn got her cavity fixed. Dr. Simon and Courtney you were both amazing. You made her experience as painless and pleasant as we had hoped for. Vera Lynn told Dr. Simon that she wants to have a “dentist birthday party at his office” and that everyone is invited. She wants to come back and take her picture with all of you. This is a message to Dr. Simon from Vera - “Thank you for taking away the sugar bugs and for making my teeth happy again.”

My first experience here was great. The office is beautiful and the welcome tour was a great first introduction. Everyone was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. My hygienist, Sarah, was kind and gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Very pleased with my care and I made sure to schedule my 6 month appointment!

I have been coming to this dental office for over 2 years and I'm very happy with each experience and dental procedures I've had. The front desk staff is genuinely kind and greet you immediately when you walk in. They are great at explaining any fees and are helpful when it comes to insurance questions. When it comes to the actual dentists I am always thankful for how they take the time to explain things and help you understand the health of your teeth and gums. I've never felt rushed while speaking with them. The office is beautiful, very clean and modern. I do enjoy watching TV while getting my teeth cleaned. If you're looking for a new dentist I highly recommend coming here. The staff is great and the dentists are knowledgeable!

Just had my first appointment here, and I am absolutely changing my dental care to here! Every member of the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, and I felt secure to ask my questions. The facility is impressive and they do a lot of work in house, which is amazing. Definitely coming back! UPDATE: I cannot stress this enough- this office is the best dental experience I've ever had. They made sure I was comfortable, but also I knew what was going on at all times! I have notoriously difficult jaw/pain issues and this was the most painless filling I have ever had done. I didn't even realize the numbing shots were being administered! The work looks amazing, and it was quick and painless. Recommending them to every person I know. Thanks again ❤️

I am so happy I found Aesthetic Family Dental Care. I am a senior and I have not been able to find a dentist who I feel has my best interest as their priority, until now. From the moment you walk in until you leave, your comfort and care are shown to you by everyone in the office. I had an implant placed in my mouth today, I usually have a hard time getting numb, however today it was easy. I never felt the Doctor numbing my mouth or placing the implant into my mouth. Tonight, I am not in any discomfort. This is not my norm. I do not usually write reviews, how every, the experience I had today is worth writing a review about.

Aesthetic Family Dental Care in Chandler is a welcoming dental office that always makes me feel valued. They greet me by name, work to make care affordable, and are incredibly accommodating—even rescheduling my appointment during a busy end-of-year period. Kensey, my hygienist, was kind and gentle during the cleaning, and Dr. Bateman took the time to explain my X-rays thoroughly. He reassured me about my older fillings and addressed my concerns thoughtfully, unlike previous dentists who pushed unnecessary procedures. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care.
