Aesthetic Family Dental Care

I just had my dental cleaning at Aesthetics Family Dental, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The office is super nice—really modern and even has massage chairs. The staff was friendly and made everything easy. My hygienist was extremely thorough. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a new dentist!

Original post: I have been going to aesthetic Family Dental in Mesa for a while now and had a bit of work done.I was really happy with them until today. The scheduling was in my opinion very pushy and demeaning. I am due for a general cleaning but unfortunately being a manager with a very busy work schedule it is very hard to take off time. I do my best to make every appointment and communicate if I can’t. During a confirmation call i was made to make an appointment out of pressures. So after trying to make this appointment work with my schedule and being unable to I called the appointment center back to ask for a weekend appointment and I was told by a young lady that weekend appointments are only reserved for those who keep their appointments and I would not be able to be accommodated since I was needing to reschedule in what I felt was a very condescending tone. Even my husband who also head the conversation on speaker said she was very rude. The reason I need to reschedule is due to the fact my job is very demanding but I have the weekends off where I can make any appointments that are made. If what the young lady said is true about scheduling weekend appointments this should be changed. If it is noticed that oh this customer seems to have a hard time keeping week day appointment like me accommodations should be offered for weekends.. Then if that didn’t work I could understand restrictions on scheduling with me. Ultimately her response did not seem necessary and left a very bad taste in my mouth.

My daughter started working at this office and I scheduled a routine visit. This office is very patient centered. From the time I walked through the door I was treated with kindness, respect and compassion. My exam and cleaning were comprehensive and I was provided with detailed information about my care. I would highly recommend this office for your dental care. My entire family will be using Aesthetic Family Dental in the future.

I love coming to the dentist!!!! Ever since I moved to AZ 7years ago, everyone who works here is so welcoming, thorough, professional. The atmosphere of the office is just calming. I truly appreciate everything is in office and am not sent elsewhere. After moving across town, I’m still willing to do a 45min drive just to come to this office.

Always excellent. Always exceptional customer service. Just one of the very best dental practices with caring, warm, service oriented staff. I always see Jessica for my cleanings. She’s an incredible hygienist. Warm, funny, engaging, compassionate and really skilled. She and Aesthetics have ruined me for any other dental care. Can’t recommend enough (obviously)!

Happy to write a review for this - one of the happiest business I’ve ever been to. From the initial greeting all the way through the entire process everyone treated me like a favorite uncle! As a new patient I was given a tour of the practice and it was quite amazing to see all the things they are able to do on site, saving time and money. In my case I need a crown for an implant which they are able to do same day with the available technology they have on site. So bottom line, if you are in need of a dentist and one that will make you feel like you’re not dragging yourself to an appointment, I highly recommend this group of people who obviously love there jobs!

This was my first visit and I had the best experience!! I have always had high anxiety when having dental procedures done. The entire staff was awesome and made me feel very relaxed. It’s an amazing high tech office. Very clean and an overall great vibe!! I have found my forever dental office. Don’t hesitate to give them a try. You won’t regret it.
