Provider and staff were excellent and very friendly. I liked that I was able to do vision and dental check up on same day .

Love both the vision and dental side, my daughter had dental work done and they're so accommodating. I wasn't able to take her out to get x-rays done and they helped us try to get some in the building during our visit. Always super helpful and everyone I have come across is so nice. I will take my family here for as long as I can!

(Vision) my child was seen last year after failing his vision screening at his pediatricians office with a -2.50. Adventure gave him a +.75 script which was confusing but I’m not a doctor. Fast forward to this year, my child was having a rough time waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour because they were behind schedule and there is absolutely nothing for kids to do while waiting. The vision staff was not helpful with trying to calm my child and cancelled our appointment while I was trying to get my child to cooperate. One of the ladies very rudely said “we have other patients to see.” Anyway, we left and saw a different doctor the next day. He said the script I had was wrong because he needed an (-) script not an (+) and that they didn’t diagnosis his astigmatism either. Overall unimpressed with the whole experience. Also, the floors were nasty and covered in a slime like goo in the exam room.

Courtney is the best dental assistant I have ever experienced in all my life. Dr. Ferrari is amazing! She works well with children giving them strength they have to be reminded they have. Everyone at ADVENTURE DENTAL & VISION are all kind, courteous and friendly people. I am grateful to have found ADVENTURE DENTAL and VISION. Thank you!

The services were not great. They recommended braces for my 6 yr old. I sought a 2nd opinion and felt like their quote and recommendations were not accurate nor appropriate for a 1st grader. They make a follow up appontment the moment you walk in, if it is needed or not. They use an AWFUL answering service making it impossible to cancel or change an appointment. I have recieved 7 text messages asking about an appointment I have replied N to cancel them all. I got online and canceled 2x. They text again and said they can't reach me. I called to talk with someone and was hit with "our offices are closed, no one can take your call" then click. I anticipate I will now recieve a no show bill even though they couldn't be reached to cancel.
