Staff is usually great and attentive except for Catherine refuses to let anyone speak because she heavily relies on only what the computer shows. Catherine is RUDE and does not want to listen to the patient. Forcefully telling me what her computer says rather than looking into the details to see if it was correct. Unfortunately she doesn't realize that the computer is only going to read what was entered by a human. Catherine please, a bit of listening and thinking for yourself could go a long way. A conversation happens when people listen to each other and allow each other to speak. Catherine is not the staff personnel this office needs answering the phone or at the front desk. This office can do better than that. Over charged for a six month cleaning with no explanation.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. They fit me in quickly for an appointment which thank god because I was in so much pain. Dr. Giuliano has the best bedside manner and his staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I just moved to the area and I’m grateful to have found such a great practice

I have been going to Advantage Dental in East Lyme for more than a year now. I’ve had my teeth cleaned, at least two extractions, two implants, my teeth, whitened. I think this dental group and the staff is the absolute best. The quality of the dental work in the kindness and compassion that you get is beyond good. I would recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a great dental group to maintain and fix your teeth. They are five star all the way. I am.

I have never had my teeth cleaned so fast in my life!!! It takes me longer to brush my teeth. It used to take my other dental hygienists 30 to 45 min it took her under 15 mins and I got charged $256.00 I won’t be back. I even Said something and she laughed and said yes I'm fast like it was a good thing.

I have been a patient for several years. I was very happy to have found Dr. Khan, who is very knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. Dr. Reyeed Kahn was recently very kind and understanding when my 90 year old mother needed an extraction. I have also had excellent experience with Dr. Giuliano. He is highly skilled and has an excellent manner with patients. All of the dentists in this office take the time to explain the procedures and options, helping you to prioritize your dental work to best meet your health needs, as well as your budget. I am so happy to have found them and I would never go anywhere else.

I moved to this area recently. I am so glad i went to Advantage Dental. I started off at Cove dental - nice people but everything was a referral and the staff seemed not as proficient. When i decided to try and find a better dentist i lucked into Advantage. Ill start off with the most important part: the hygienists and dentists are VERY VERY good at what they do. Ive had 3 hygienists and all were giving me advice and nice. Dr Juliano (sorry if spelling is wrong) was AMAZING. He is very knowledgeable very friendly and very aware of what his patient might be going through. It honestly seems like its doing the service because he likes doing them! I just had a root canal, im on day 2. I had NO pain during and after the procedure. The tooth feels good with no issues. Next the billing. They work with you and the insurance companies very well. They saved me $800 out of pocket by recommending waiting a few weeks. Finally: Bedside manner. Everyone is so friendly there. The receptionists up front i torture with my dumb jokes but they continue to be super nice and even were the ones to make the suggestion that saved me $800. I am very glad i found these guys. I plan on keeping them!
