I just had my first appointment at this office today for a cleaning and exam. I was nervous for my appointment as my teeth are sensitive and I generally do not like going to the dentist. Mylinda the hygienist was patient, knowledgeable, and gentle and made me feel comfortable during my cleaning. I was so happy with the care that she provided. Dr Patel was also very kind and transparent, and I trust his recommendations. I look forward to going back for my next appointment with them. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, I have had 3 crowns done in the past year. Dr Mohegan was very sensitive to any pain or issues, which there was none. He was able to manufacture the crowns on site using a state of the art machine. Crowns were done on that same day and later in the day permanently fixed. Very high attention to detail.Truly remarkable work. Highly recommend.

I received email and text notification for the upcoming cleaning appointment (4/16/2024 at 1:00 pm). I confirmed the appointment and went to the office on time. However the front desk lady said she can't check me in unless I paid the outstanding balance. She read from the note says "the client is aware of the balance. She needs to clear the balance to been seen for the appointment." I told her I have discussed with the office for the balance for the last two appointments when I came in. we checked on the balance together and we both concluded the balance was because the office did not get the payment from the secondary insurance company. I asked them to send in the claim to the secondary insurance. If they did not receive the payment, please let me know, and I will talk to the insurance myself. I never got a call regarding the outstanding balance from the office since our discussion. Neither did they call me to inform me that I won't be able to see the hygienist today if I can't clear the outstanding balance. When I asked the front desk lady to give me the details of outstand balance (4/16/2024), she said she does not know how to get the detail from the computer and the manager was not in today. She clicked buttons around for more than 20 min, and still was not able to find any details. The only thing she told me is she found the note under my name, and she can't let me in due to the balance. I ended up NOT getting any details of the outstanding balance, and had to leave the office WITHOUT being seen by hygienist. I have been a loyal customer of Advantage Dental+ for more than 20 years. I never had any issue with any of my providers before. Advantage Dental+ really should hire competent, trained employees to serve customers better!!

I’m a loyal client for the last 20+ years going way back to the Dr Blanchard days. I really love the practice and how much it has grown over the years. I have the best hygienist in the practice (Mylinda) and visit quarterly for my routine cleanings. I’m super happy with their services and staff. My only critique is a personal preference… they have recently changed to Colgate products where I prefer Crest products. Would highly recommend them if you need a dentist!

I don’t particularly enjoy going to the dentist, but I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Everyone is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. My hygienist, Jess, goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and talks to you like a friend. I can trust that recommendations are being made in my best interest. I came back to this practice as soon as I could after years of going elsewhere (due to insurance reasons). It’s still the same comfortable experience I remember from 15-20 years ago. Plus the location is super convenient.
