Staff is terrible. I made a call over a week ago and even showed up in person and still not a call back. Do not go here, they do not have time nor the capacity to deal with the clients they have, let alone new clients. STAY AWAY FROM THISS OFFICE. Staff can be very unprofessional. I pray I can find another office. They also won’t do anything for your children either, but they get the whole fee from your insurance. Waste of time. Also there is ZERO PARKING during the week. You have to walk like four blocks or illegally park and they refuse to call tow trucks when people are illegally parked in the handicapped spots making it impossible for people who actually have disabilities. They ask you to call and tell them about the bad experience before giving them a negative review, but won’t answer the phone for an urgent issue that was followed up with in person.

We had an appointment on 10/31. We received the worst, unethical, and unprofessional customer experience I went there with my infant and my wife and one of the hygienist in G-1 around 7:30 am told me my baby was too loud for her. I need to get out. I was speechless. I thought they welcome kids to their clinic. Made me feel insulted and uncomfortable. Unacceptable at all I need to be contacted by this business management team to discuss this incident further

As an autistic patient, dental appointments can be a challenge. That said, this is the place to go. From the front desk (Nicole in particular) to the clarity of the dentists' explanations, Gateway Advantage was excellent. They were understanding of sensory overload and NEVER MADE FUN OF ME for not understanding or being overwhelmed. Even when I couldn't answer simple questions or wore my noise cancelling headphones, they were sweet. I felt their compassion and dedication to help me stay healthy with good care.

I've been calling for months to set up a new patient appointment. Every time I've had to be on hold for up to 5-10 minutes before being redirected to voicemail. The voicemail says that someone will get back to me in one business day which has never happened.

I'm at my new dentist office now, dreading my appointment. I miss my old dentist in this office! not only was he friendly and remembered to ask me about video games and life stuff but he also masked properly! double surgical and a face shield at all times, it actually felt safer unmasking for the procedures! but my insurance changed and I have to go to a place where they barely mask in the rooms. I never knew I could miss my dentist, until this one. I'm terrible with names, but he was a middle aged Asian man, and I bet whoever is reading this knows exactly who I'm describing. let him know I love him, and he's doing a great job.

My experience was amazing!! Front desk could use a tad more "love" customer service. Terry my dental hygienist is the BEST ever!! He's kind, gentle on teeth with cleaning, complimentary, amazing "bed side manner" He's one of the best I've ever had in my 58 years of going to the dentist!!!

My path brought with it the experience of a root canal 🦷… Like every dental visit anxiety was trying its best to overcome my mouth. The Assistant made sure I was comfortable and the doctor explained everything step by step, like a teacher keeping my mind from running wild into fearing his next move in my mouth. I was amazed with the procedure. I even asked if they would do my crown when they were done. Like a finely tuned mechine every step they took felt manifested. My only disappointment was that they weren’t available to do my crown🥺. Outstanding Performance 🤩
