Worst dentist I have been to. I was shocked at how horrible the Dr’s communications skills were, I am an RN and know how patients should be treated and also how the treatment plan should be explained to them in details. Worst bedside manners. I asked him about 6 questions and he ignored most of my questions and answered some in a vague way. His assistant was also horrible, she stares people in a weird way. Also both have a horrible practice of hygiene, they had gloves on and kept touching surfaces and touching each other on then worked on my mouth. They also tried to gaslight when they replaced my metal retainer and it was rubbing against my teeth, only fixed it when I insisted on. Please don’t waste your money and time on this place. I am so glad my experience was just one time and I am done.

Went here years ago with the previous orthodontist and had a wonderful experience. The practice has since been sold and it’s like night and day. The current practice is very unprofessional with young girls, seemingly in high school doing procedures on patients without supervision. I had to return to get part of my permanent retainer repaired and the young girl who did the repair got glue everywhere. The doctor is unhygienic and does not wear a mask while working with patients. Will never return here and suggest you avoid this practice. Disappointing all around.

Do not go here!! Dr. G has terrible bedside manner and will not explain anything to you. The staff is also very rude and hard to get in contact with. Treatment here is overpriced and sloppily done.

We signed a contract with the previous orthodontist who sold his practice to the current doctor. The difference was night and day in the worst possible way - even things like his relationship with his staff is vastly different. I have witnessed noticeable “god complex” type behavior from him and felt “how dare you” when asking basic questions. Our 17 yo has been trying to finish her treatment after originally getting her braces in 2017. The current orthodontist has been rude and abrasive and she is literally afraid of him. Our oldest daughter’s treatment was able to be finished by Dr Phillips, the doctor we signed up with, but our second daughter got stuck with this man. Now she’s leaving for college and after getting braces in seventh grade her treatment still isn’t finished, although he’s been paid in full for years. Part of it isn’t his fault directly, a stubborn baby tooth, but had he used the X-ray they use to sell you treatment plans, he would’ve seen the roots were entangled with the adult tooth and it needed to be extracted - something he refused to even discuss. We literally had to have our dentist call him because he was so disrespectful to us in person and we didn’t want to speak to him about it again and be dismissed. In my opinion, there were definite shades of misogyny in the way he communicated with me and the way he treated my daughter. I still get angry thinking about it and I haven’t seen this man in years. I happily recommended Dr Phillips to friends and neighbors for years but this is an entirely different type of man. Our son now also needs braces, but we wouldn’t take him here if they paid us. EDIT: I called the office to figure out how to get her treatment finally finished after the tooth was finally removed. No one to answer the phone, but I got a call back within minutes of posting my above review. In discussion, the very friendly woman who called (I didn’t say this in the first message, but his staff is and always was phenomenal) pointed out it’s been a year and a half+ since we’ve been in. I replied that was because he kept saying we needed that tooth to fall out before anything else could be done. She also told me my daughter’s treatment was listed as complete, and that the patient and family were “happy” with the results. I literally apologized to the nice lady at the front desk that day (Nov ‘21) that because of the treatment provided by the current doctor we would NOT be bringing our son and they could stop sending us “reminders” to bring him in because we were INCREDIBLY unhappy. The fact that someone wrote in her record not only that her treatment was complete (which it is not) but that “mom present at debanding, patient and family happy” is yet more evidence of our experience of his malpractice. No one present was in any doubt that we most certainly were NOT happy. My daughter (who thinks I’m a Karen who overreacts about everything) read my above review and declared it “harsh, but true”. Stay away from this man. I will apparently be getting a call from the “treatment coordinator” and will update this review accordingly.

Have been calling for months and always have to leave a voicemail and apparently they are unable to listen to voicemails every week. They are the only orthodontist in the area that accepts my insurance since my previous doctor closed his practice midway through treatment . I’m not sure what to do or who to contact but this place seems like a scam. I even stopped by their office a few times but the doors are locked and the lights are off.

This place is so clean and professional. My daughter’s braces were put on by a different provider and they closed. Advanced ortho accepted us & even though the braces were a totally different system, they work hard to make it work for my daughter. Thank you! 10/10 recommend!
