My first visit was excellent. I had two bad experiences as a result I was so fearful going to the dentist. By taking to Dr. Fare she too away my fear now I will go to the dentist feeling good. First impression goes a long. The staff were great

Outstanding service by all the staff. The facilities are clean & modern, and Dr. Gibson is total Aces. Over the years I have had many dental encounters. He has total advanced knowledge, and takes the time to give thorough explanations in a most reassuring & friendly manner. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The actual dental staff are nice people. The receptionists are rude. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been addressed because the dentists and hygienists are such nice people. It’s nearly impossible to call in, hold times are ridiculously long, and the in office experience with the front desk is antagonistic for some reason. I waited, on hold, today for nearly 25 minutes. I tried to schedule an appointment for next month, after receiving an email telling me to schedule an appointment. I was told, if I don’t take an appointment this coming Monday, I’ll have to wait until February. I will be finding a new dentist at a different practice.

Best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about proper dental hygiene. The dentist and hygienist did an excellent job and they made me feel comfortable while working on my teeth.

I loved my experience at the office. I have my reservations about going to the dentist. But, the Service was exceptional and I actually look forward to going back!!
