This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. They cater to adults and children. The care at this practice is exceptional, the hygienists are professional, friendly, gentle and thorough. Dr Nelly Silva is knowledgeable, she answers questions and is eager to teach and share her knowledge and will not hesitate to give you links to reputable sources so patients can make informed decisions. She engages with all her clients, she gives holistic patient centred care, she is not only competent but also committed to dental care, l truly believe she found her calling and she loves her job. She and this practice are a gem to the community. This is where the epitome of excellence in dental care gracefully entwines with ethics and integrity.

Update: no one answers the phone and you have to leave a message every single time you call. I was told (in person) someone would call me to schedule bc they wouldn’t do it then and they never did. I’ve been dealing with chronic dry mouth since my cleaning and they said it’s not related and wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain it’s happened when a filling came loose. I ended up going back to my old dentist who saw me the day I called bc they actually answered the phone and gave me the time of day. Read the reviews on Yelp. I wish I had. Everyone was nice and friendly. The hygienist was gentle on my cleaning but did a good job. Same with the dentist. The office and bathroom were very clean.

Dr. Silva is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I went for a second opinion on implants, she studied the X-rays and was able to give me her opinion at that appt. Her demeanor was professional and friendly. She makes you feel comfortable. Wish I knew of Dr. Silva years ago.

Always a seamless and as enjoyable a process as one can get at the dentist. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. Dr. Silva is easily the best and brightest Dentist I’ve ever had the “pleasure” ? of seeing. I highly recommend her and the practice as a whole.

I made a big mistake by not checking the reviews before I went to this practice for Invisalign and general dentistry a couple of years ago. It turned out Invisalign was not appropriate for me due to a TMJ disorder, which went undiagnosed here. Perhaps they didn’t conduct a proper examination, I’m not really sure. So after spending $5,500 on Invisalign, I still had to go to an orthodontist for TMJ treatments and braces for $7,900. I’m currently in the last stage of treatment at the orthodontist, with much better results. I would never consider returning to this practice.
