Advanced Dental Designs of East Norriton

This place was awesome! I wouldn't recommend it as a dental place for children but for adults it was a wonderful experience. It was my daughter’s first dental appointment and i also had an appointment for myself but had no one to watch my daughter the staff was very understanding and was so sweet about it all.

Always get a second opinion when this location tells you that you need work done that your insurance doesn't cover. My boyfriend came here for a simple extraction. They proceeded to tell him he needed grafting that his insurance didn't cover and he would have to pay $400 out of pocket. Went to a new dentist where the extraction was done and no grafting was needed. A few months later I came to this location for the same thing. A simple extraction. Right before the dentist went to do the procedure the helper in the room said to the "new dentist" you should go talk to "HIM" first. The man at the front desk then came in and told me I needed grafting done that my insurance didn't cover and would cost me $400. This is all a scheme for them to make money. I left without having any procedure done. Same day went to another dentist who pulled the tooth with no grafting needed. Twice they told us we needed procedures our insurance didn't cover that was not necessary. I will be reporting this office. Just beware and always get a second opinion. It's all about money. Also the response that was made to this review was not true. Grafting was never mentioned as a possibility. And also has nothing to do with them saying things need to be done that are in fact not the case. Again I repeat it's all about the money. The dentist was about to proceed until "the helper" said I think you should talk to "him". As if that's procedure to get them to tell you that you need services that are not needed. Like I said went same day to a dentist who pulled the tooth with no grafting so?‍♀️

Never have I encountered such a rude, misogynistic, disrespectful receptionist in my life. When proceeding to explain how intimidated I felt by him and asking to please speak to another staff member he told me no one was available. Put me on hold then came back and said I’ll have someone call you. When I tried to ask when that would be he hung up. As a female I would NEVER feel safe entering this premises.To the Dentist - I would be highly concerned that this is the first impression a new client is receiving. I certainly expect some remedy to this despicable and ignorant behavior. No one should feel afraid to go to the dentist due to intimidation from the first call. Who also argued by the way about a form that he also was wrong about.to make things even more creepier they have gone into my personal prefere And changed them with no authorization from me. A complete violation of my privacy. See picture

I absolutely love this dental care office. They have been so helpful with a number of serious issues I have had in the past few years. I would highly recommend.

I've been a customer at this dental practice for a few years, originally at the Sellersville location. Recently, I moved to Norriton and visited their East Norriton office. I've had a consistently positive experience at both locations. The staff at the East Norriton office is incredibly helpful, especially the receptionist who took the time to explain my insurance limitations for a specific procedure. Dr. Patel did an excellent job cleaning my teeth quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this office to anyone living locally.
