Advanced Dental Center - Middletown

I enjoyed my visit earlier this afternoon. Been experiencing pain and couldn’t get an appointment anywhere. Called Advanced Dental and they were willing to take me in and did. Their hospitality and service was off the charts. They made me feel comfortable. The staff there were very professional and knew exactly what they’re doing. I highly recommend Advanced Dental.

The Dr is great and the staff is always friendly until I had to call and reschedule my appointment. The lady who answered the phone was very rude, she had an attitude about the rescheduling. It’s not what you say but how you say it. You could blatantly tell she was annoyed by me having to change the date. Life happens, I have made it to around 5 appointments now always on time. This interaction has made me rethink about going somewhere else.

I’m an 80 year old patient who looked for new bottom dentures and extractions to be done. The care, attention and professional manner is all here. When my immediate bottoms weren’t to my liking this staff from Dr Carly to front desk rallied to remedy my concerns. I have had consultations with others but went with Advanced Dental Middletown.

My experience at Advanced Dental in Middletown on Watterson Trail has been great. The staff is concerned about my comfort and my health. They assure me my questions are answered. They check my dental insurance to give every service I am offered at a savings to me. I am in good hands there.

The staff are very compassionate, very welcoming & they do an amazing job at making the whole visit anxiety free. Dr. Carley is so gentle & caring. All of the staff are so sweet! Can definitely see myself going back for any future needs.
