They've been great all the way until recently. My husband has been battling issues with his teeth for years. This was the 1st place that accepted his insurance, got him an appointment quickly, got his appointment to have his teeth pulled and get dentures all within a few months. It was amazing. However, until recent, he's still waiting on his bottom partial dentures. He got all his teeth pulled about 2 months ago. They took the impression for his top teeth before pulling all of his teeth, they told him they got the bottom impressions already as well (they informed him the bottom impressions were made BEFORE the top impressions, i can confirm this as i was at this appointment with him that day & i was confused as to the order of this entire process but it was all happening so fast and its exactly everything he'd been waiting for so i was trustingthe process) so all he had to do was wait for the dentures to be made so he could take them with him to the oral surgeons office the day they pulled his teeth because they immediately needed to be put in after pulling his teeth (again, great news as this all happened within a couple of weeks and everyone knows even with great insurance, dentist appointments/procedures are a pain to get taken care of). His teeth were pulled, top dentures were great, and he was given a somewhat type of "healing process procedure, after care instructions" (this was an entirely different s*** show in itself- no one told him how to take care of nor how to start his denture journey. Thank God for Google and a wife that needs to know everything regarding the health and wellness of her family, otherwise, he wouldn't have even known that his dentures had to be put in water every night, yeah seriously) but here we are now, still waiting on bottom partial dentures that we were told were molded before the top teeth, 2 months ago, only to find out at his appointment 1-1/2 weeks ago (when we thought he was picking up said bottom teeth) that he was there for a cleaning only. If he hadn't have spoken up regarding his bottom partials, we'd still be waiting. They "squeezed him in after his appointment" that same day to take impressions AGAIN. They told him they'd be ready in a few more weeks. He is already a thin man due to health issues throughout this past year (teeth played a big rolein his health) but he hasn't been able to eat for going on 2-1/2 months. And we've been so thankful thus far, but now we are getting the run around. We've called multiple times daily only to get no answer, along with voicemails with no return call. All he wants is to be able to finish his dental journey and eat an actual meal. But for some reason, he keeps getting the run around....it took them 2 days to produce a full top denture after the mold. It's been now almost 4 months for his bottom partials, and I know this bc I was there for the 1st appointment where they made all the molds-i even asked why they were making molds before they did any type of work to his teeth (1st appointment-didn't do a cleaning, check up, meet the dentist, etc, but took mold impressions and then did everything else) please just ANSWER THE FLIPPING PHONE! Maybe you wouldn't get bad reviews if there was communication. Maybe if they couldn't eat solid food for almost 3 months then they'd get it.

I had a filling done augs 7 tell me why oct 4 it falls out! Shotty workmanship! This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them, I had another apt July 10 and I still can’t chew on that side without pain! When I went back in augs they forgot I was pregnant and tried to take X-rays without the safety pad and said they they couldn’t fix my tooth they just worked on that it needed a root canal now And no one knows how to answer a phone!

Don’t come here it’s a waste of time. They say there waiting for insurance. But I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take 4 months. Literally if you have passport or any type of free insurance don’t come here. The dentist office also looks janky. Poor quality Edit 7/23/24 so they respond to me after 8 months saying I would have to call the insurance company. Well when I called these people at dental office they there waiting for the insurance. They also never told me that I would have to call them. Also they never did any follow up either. My review stands don’t come here

Made a appointment for my son which took months. Got the confirmation text. Replied yes confirmation. Got a confirmation call and told them yes he would be there. Got there the day of the appointment and they said they had no confirmation from me. Showed them the text. They told me I had to wait to see if anyone canceled because they didn't get the confirmation. So instead fitting him in because they messed up we waited a hour and then left. Do better. Some people have to take of work for a appointment.

Very bad experience, I arrived on time for my appointment but they asked me to fill out some questions over the phone but my phone ran out of charge I told them that they could print but they told me first that the internet was bad then that the printing machine was broken and I had to make another appointment the attention was very bad and none of the three girls who were there were not professionals this was on March 23 at 3:30 pm please in that place they do not respect the patients it must be more professional no le importó que tenia mi cita no hicieron nada por ayudar . I do not recommend this clinic 100% sure
