I have always been nervous getting any dental work, this office has exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and answered any and all questions and were very upfront about cost and the treatment plan. They squeezed me in to get my procedure done and it was done very well with no pain during the procedure. My experience was so overwhelmingly positive I had to leave a review. Thank you Dr Cotton.

I came to Dr. Cotton for an emergency root canal. He and his staff are amazing! The level of patient care is wonderful and beyond compare. They took great care of my tooth. Dr. Cotton is a wonderful addition to the dental specialist in Bryan/College Station, TX.

Dr. Cotton is a wonderful and caring person. My 7 year old daughter Heiress broke her two front teeth and was in so much pain because the nerve was exposed. We were referred to Dr. Cotton by Brazos Valley Pediatrics late in the evening and he stayed after hours to treat Heiress so she would feel better. This just proves that he cares about his patients and not just money. He later called that night just to make sure she was okay. Best experience ever. The staff was also caring and wonderful too. That is what I call perfect service! Excellent!

Dr. Cotton and his staff are simply amazing. Understandably, I was very nervous during the initial evaluation and consultation (no one likes to have a root canal). But when it came time for the actual procedure, everything went great. I didn't feel a thing, Dr. Cotton explained what was happening and why as he went along, and even after the procedure was over, I never felt any discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Cotton and Advanced Care Endodontics!

Dr. Cotton and his staff are awesome! They all do their best to make an unpleasant process easy and as painless as possible. Dr. Cotton takes time to explain the entire process and answers all of your questions to make you feel at ease. He is also very quick and efficient. It took only an hour for my root canal, and I experienced very little pain afterward. Thank you again. I had to have another root canal. This time with Dr. Thayer. Again the care and service was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The doctors and their staff are wonderful.
