They explicitly give you a run through of how they will be taking care of each situation and then carefully outline the after- care you’ll need to do which is so much better than after doing their repair work saying, ‘ OK, no exercise for 2weeks, only soft foods, etc. and I have no time to adjust my head around the situation.
