I appreciate this family dental care so much! I’ve seen Dr Cheek , he is fun and pretty perfectionist with his great dental knowledge! Jaida always smiling, kind and caring , Nikki and Anna both are so much fun, kind, caring, patient with absolutely great dental knowledge! They made sure I’m comfortable and pain free during my procedure as I have extremely sensitive gum and teeth! All amazing staff with perfect patient care! Thank you for great service! Much love!

I've been going to see Dr. Cheek since my long time dentist retired. I've been going to this office for about 2 years. During this time, I think I have had 3 or 4 crowns (one or two were 'recrowns'). So, there has been some money spent at this office. I have had zero issues with any of the work. However, I felt a lot of pressure to have a lot of work done 'as quickly as possible' pretty much as soon as I walked in the door. My previous dentist did not practice in that way. With each visit, I felt as though Dr. Cheek did not have a narrative on my chart about what we had discussed on previous visits, and we had to adjudicate the same things again (Yes, I know you aren't happy how that crown sits on my tooth. Yes I know that area could get a cavity. But as I said before, I am waiting until next year so I can adjust my flexible spending account to get this covered). That is annoying. The final issue which made me switch dentists was a build-up charge on a crown replacement. My insurance company denied the build-up after multiple appeals. I've had the same insurance for 10+ years, and have not had a denial for reasons other than 'you've exhausted the benefits for that particular tooth during a specific time frame'. So I don't have experience with insurance denying frivolously. I think the build-up charge was nearly $300. I called the office and said they could have my $300 and lose a patient or eat the cost (as apparently they couldn't prove it was necessary to the insurer), and I would stay. The billing person did offer to shave 50% off the bill. I declined. I elected to pay the $300. Clearly they need it more than I do.

We (my wife & myself) have been with Adams and Cheek for a long time. Dr William Cheek is a very friendly and treat us with a great professional responsibility. And all the staffs are always the same, very friendly and give service professionally. Thank you all!!
