Customer Reviews
I’ve had two root canals with Dr. Greenfield and would highly recommend her to anyone! She is professional, incredibly kind and knows exactly what she’s doing! I got my first root canal when I was 16, and I remember the extra care she took to make sure I felt comfortable, especially given how nervous and young I was. Almost 10 years later, I’ve seen her for a few consultations and another root canal, and I’m always blown away by her attention to detail and expertise. Her office staff is also so friendly and such a delight. Highly recommend!
From the friendly office staff to the warm and welcoming dental practitioners, Dr Greenfield offers a stress-free and pleasant environment. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, patient and skilled at what she does. I have a lot of anxiety around dental procedures and she made the process painless for my recent root canal. I would recommend to anyone.
I wrote to Dr. Greenfield to thank her for her exceptional skill and expertise regarding my recent root canal, especially since she had to wear personal protective equipment throughout the procedure. I was also very grateful that her personal attention put me at ease during the lengthy and stressful procedure. I had very little discomfort afterwards and had no issues at all since then. I feel very lucky to have an experienced professional like her to help me when needed.
I just read the comments of the previous patient and found them to be a totally inaccurate description of Dr. Greenfield’s office. Dr. Greenfield’s “X-rays” are not standard X -rays, but, rather CBCT scans that are of a much higher quality. Root canals , and especially in this case a root canal retreatment, require this kind of specialized imaging so that the microscopic anatomy is revealed before a treatment is done. This patient apparently waited many months, rather than the 3 weeks that Dr. Greenfield recommends to all of her patients, before addressing the problems one has with temporary fillings and crowns. Being reinfected after 6 months of neglect is the patient’s fault, not the dentist’s or endodontist’s. Reinfection requires that another CBCT be taken for a retreatment to see how far the infection reaches and to identify what damage has been done through the patient’s own neglect or procrastination. The insurance company should not be expected to pay twice for a procedure that the patient failed to follow as instructed.
Dr Ada Greenfield is an excellent Endo. I was referred to her by my dentist, Dr Sacks, who saw an inflamed area above my front tooth. After having dental pain and gum throbbing for 1 1/2 yrs I was frustrated. My previous dental group couldn’t determine why I was having pain and sent me for an evaluation to an Endo. He suggested a root canal… but that didn’t end my pain. Dr Greenfield has excellent state of the art equipment. She was extremely thorough with my examination and explained her findings. She felt the inflamed area was the starting point and performed a reverse root canal. I just went for my 3 month checkup and all is healing well. The best part is the pain I had for 1 1/2 years is almost gone. Thank you Dr Greenfield!
