BIG SHOUT OUT to Claire and Taylor for their amazing job they did working on my teeth last night. I have had a crappy experience with dental offices and these two made me feel so good. The work they did was painless, they talked me thru the whole routine and worked very well together! 10/10 recommend. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH LADIES!!

Staff members are pretty rude, have no concept of maturity and when they’re in the wrong, they also answer the phone like they have the worst job ever. Just awful attitudes. I finally called them out on their poor attitude and I’m dismissed from the clinic. What’s even worse is five years after the fact, in a dental emergency called for help and they’re still just as rude and apparently so immature they can’t get over being called out five years ago. Also, FYI…legally you need to allow a patient to appeal a dismissal from clinic which you did not so technically you’re still in the wrong. Amazing, five years later and they’re still the same awful people. It’s sad that’s the only care they’re capable of and it’s so below basic standards. I really feel sorry for the people that work here, I mean are you that miserable you can’t even fake being nice for a paycheck.

This dental clinic is amazing! Bridget and the other office staff are fantastic! They are always so kind and very responsive any time I call or text. Great customer service! Dr. Y is also awesome, he checked in with me often during my procedure to make sure I was okay. Everyone at this clinic does their very best to make sure that you are well taken care of and I really appreciate them all! Thank you Access Point Dental Team! You all are the best!

I'm giving one star because zero wasn't an option. This USED to be a great practice, Nana Yeboah USED to care about patients, NOT ANYMORE! They are impossible to get into. The Dentist hardly sees patients. Now it's divided amongst non dentists. I have an autistic child at home. Co own a business. Have a family member in hospice and because I didn't respond to a text message by noon they cancelled an ay zi made months ago, after having to go elsewhere for a toothache because they don't have an emergency or on call number, now they ask do I want to reschedule!!? Are you serious! 2 months I scheduled this appointment and YOU CANCEL BECAUSE I DIDN'T RESPIND TO S TEXT, TRY SOMETHING CALLED PROFESSIONALITY AND CALL YOUR PATIENTS WHEN YOU CONFIRM THEM OR LEAVE THEM TIME THAT THEIR APPOINTMENT IS AND TRUST THAT YOUR PATIENTS WILL BE THERE BEFORE YOU NO LONGER HAVE ANY. THE FRONT DESK STAFF AT THIS OFFICE IS RUDE AT BEST SAVE YOUR MONEY SAVE YOUR TIME GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE SOMEBODY THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT PATIENT CARE DR NANA NO LONGER DOES VERY SAD TO SEE DR YEBOAH . I KNEW HIM COMING RIGHT OUT OF DENTAL SCHOOL THOUGHT HE WOULD BE ONE OF THE GOOD ONES BUT I GUESS THE MONEY GOT TO HIS HEAD TOO To the review from his former hygienist that they probably paid to write the review saying that it's an excellent office into disregard the negative reviews that is probably people that don't take care of their teeth and don't have the money to fix them anyway I was a dental assistant for 25 years opposed to your 2 years that you worked for Dr, I know what a professional dental office is like and I know what one isn't this is not they don't care about their patients they used to look at the reviews for 5 years ago five stars look at the last two years one star trust your instincts people

Get a second opinion. This facility broke HIPAA when they gave me the prescription for someone of opposite sex and 50yrs older than myself. It included oxycontin. After a week of phone calls, this facility did not release my health history to a new dentist. This facility did not provide me with a treatment plan. I was told 1 tooth would "cost $300 or $3000" and they wouldn't know until they start. I saw another dentist and they were able to tell me upfront what the issue was and what the cost would be.
