I stopped in to get an appointment for a broken front tooth. They couldn't even get me in because they were booked up for 30 days straight and won't accept Amy more appointments. So I went to Prairie Lakes Dental and they got me in 4 days later. Then a week later I got it capped at Prairie Lakes. This place is a complete was of time and the last time I used Access for a cleaning they cancelled my appointment the day before. Completely worthless and avoid this place..

My father has dementia and is in a nursing home but was being transported to Sun Prairie for dental visits. He was at an appointment for a cleaning and complained of tooth pain in a back tooth. He was told they did not have time that day to address the tooth pain and was scheduled for the following week. In the meantime the pain worsened and he spoke with dental staff who were going to fax a prescription for medication. Two days we worked on trying to get this prescription and never got it. The day of the appointment the clinic canceled the appointment without giving a reason and rescheduled another appointment for 1 month out. By this time his tooth pain was a 10/10 and his face was swollen. His house Administrator sent him to the ER for antibiotics and pain medicine. We now have to find another dentist for this emergency. Very poor patient care.
