Dr. Gatgens is easily the happiest Dentist I have ever met. The entire team is amazing. They truly care about their patients and their work has been nothing less than professional. I have had a crown, two fillings and an extraction over the past two years. My mouth was a mess and and now it’s not. I was nervous and embarrassed, they helped me understand each step and know what was needed and why. Thanks Accent Smile Center.

Dr Shipp and Team are the absolute BEST!!! Latisha is typically my Dental Hygienist but anyone here will take extra care and you'll have the best experience. It's my favorite thing to go to the dentist - I know most people have the opposite reaction, but when you find amazing people, it's easy to come back again and again.

Love this place excited to see the new doctor but I know I’ll be in good hands. I receive routine cleanings and they do a fabulous, thorough, professional job. They are great at communicating any out of pocket expenses and understanding dental benefits. I have also had 3 cosmetic crowns placed and Dr. Shipp did amazing at color matching and all the intricacies that go into that procedure. They still look great 6 years later. He also helped me with my TMJ in preventing grinding with a night guard that also is a retainer so my teeth don’t shift decades after braces. Great people that I trust!!!

Be aware this center does not bill insurance. They claimed, to me, that they tell everyone when setting the appointment but had I known the 10 minutes I spoke to the doctor was going to be $175 ($300 if you don't decline the CT imaging) and another $800 for the TMD splint (I couldn't afford it), I would have never made the appointment!

Perfect dental experience every time! It’s been a pleasure every time I go in starting with a smiling and helpful front desk, to my favorite Audrey (my hygienist) who encourages me to keep good habits and remembers me as a person not just a patient, and the doctors/assistants who have done many hours of work flawlessly. I have and will continue to recommend this office to anyone who needs quality care and feel like part of the family. Thanks again everyone at Accent!
