I recently started treatment at Accent Orthodontics for myself and my daughters, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel instantly welcomed. The energy in the office is fantastic, creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere. It starts with the warm and welcoming staff at front desk down to Vanessa, the assistants amd the doctor. I mean every single person I have encountered at this office has been nothing short of kind and warm. What sets Accent Orthodontics apart is their comprehensive approach to dental care. Not only do they provide top-notch orthodontic treatment, but they also offer dental cleanings and cosmetic services, making it a one-stop-shop for all our dental needs. I would like to preface this by saying that I have been coming here for two years now and have completed my orthodontal treatment earlier this year. I am writing this review to raise awareness in regards to the front desk staff and their nasty attitudes. As someone who has been coming here for a while now, I have to say that for about 80% of the time as I was ongoing treatment, the staff was nothing but rude and aggressive when it comes to "confirming" your appointments. As someone who works 6 days a week, I try my very best to be as communicative as possible but your front desk staff would sometimes text me up to three times a day asking me to confirm or else I would receive a text in mostly caps stating that If I did not confirm right away my appointment would be cancelled or that I would be charged a "$40 no show fee". I think this is incredibly unwarranted aggression and frankly extremely uncomfortable as I have also never been one to miss an appointment for two years. I just wanted to write this review to let whoever is in charge know so they can look into this.

Dr. Lisa and her team worked my daughter in while on vacation and they were wonderful. We were dealing with a stressful situation and they were so helpful! I can’t thank them enough.

The entire team is highly skilled, dedicated and really care about their patients. Dr. Mangiarelli is a highly proficient and skillful orthodontist. Her professionalism, from the initial consultation to the completion of treatment, reflects her passion and commitment to her work. I am extremely satisfied with the end results and highly recommend her to anyone seeking to achieve a beautiful smile.

I had a great experience during my Invisalign treatment. Everyone was amazing, and the appointments always went super smoothly. They handled the treatment really well and always in a super organized manner. Recommend this office 100%.
