I was able to talk with the assistant who was doing my impressions. I explained what I was looking to do. She brought in the treatment planner and I was able to clarify the procedure that I was having done. Everything worked out for the best, now that I understood the procedure. I felt much more comfortable about things and no longer need to worry. Glad I spoke up. Even happier that they listened and were able to clarify things

I have been a patient here for many years, my experience here has been great. I have recommended my friends to Academy Dental. Having all my work done in the same place has been priceless for me, and over the years I have had a bit of everything done. From the time you walk in being Greeted by Mich during the years I want to say Mich is an asset to the whole dental experience. Thank you Mich for making me feel comfortable and important during my visits. I give this place five stars because no other dental center has ever given me that secure and relaxed feeing during such an uncomfortable process.

Hello. My experience was pleasant. I experienced a minimal amount of pain which I expected should have happened. The doctor and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and helpful to all my questions. I look forward to seeing them again if and when I will need their services in the future. My wife had a very painful toothache and was able to get her a quick appointment. She has dementia and often has to be told the same thing numerous times. The young lady that took a full X-ray was very patient with her and the dentist took his time explaining various options with the three bad teeth she has. They were great with the appointment time and place was spotless.

On Thursday, I had numerous roots removed after old crowns had broken off over many years. The staff from the front desk to the operation room were professional and courteous to me and my spouse. The staff kept me advised of all procedures being performed. My procedure took about 1 hour to perform. I was escorted to my car with both verbal and written instructions. I have NO qualms about recommending this office for oral surgery.
