I'm very flustered with my experience and I was recommended by a colleague. I called the office because I wanted to schedule an appointment for a cavity. They recommended that I get a routine clean, which seemed reasonable. While making the appointment, I made it clear to ask if they could fit in a filling or something to address some of the pain, and was told that it was like a 30 minute ordeal and probably could be fit in. I immediately left work because, nobody likes tooth pain. When I got to the office, it was clear the only thing that was going to happen and the only thing that did happen was the routine cleaning. This is part of the reason for my rating or review. I could have waited until I didn't have to rush away from work if they would have been transparent with me about services. I'm trying to be very fair and balanced with my review, yes obviously my teeth are cleaner, but I've had a routine cleaning before and this one was not good. It would have saved me time and money to throw on some Crest White Strips. I made it clear and honestly felt a little rude by telling them how disappointed I was about the cleaning and was not offered for them to fix it or do a little more cleaning. Anyways, the edges of my lips have been cracked for almost a month now. The dentist was kind enough to recommend two medications to fix the issue. I thought that was amazing, however as I was leaving the office I noticed that I didn't get a notification from the pharmacy that they had received anything. I walked back in the office and was told that they were sending the prescription. I wanted to give the pharmacy time to actually fill the prescription and not waste my time. So I went grocery shopping for about an hour, went to the pharmacy and of course they had not received any prescriptions. I called the dentist office and they assured me that they left a voicemail for the pharmacy. I got back in line at the pharmacy and of course, the pharmacy didn't receive anything. This is where I will add, an individual in the office said they were unsure how to send the prescription so I wasn't surprised when the pharmacy didn't have it. I called the dentist office again and let them know that the pharmacy didn't receive the prescriptions. I was literally baffled when they asked me to hand my personal cell phone over to the pharmacist so they could give them the information. I feel like every drug dealer on Earth would do this if that was an option! I don't know. Anyways, they did immediately call in to the pharmacist and only sent in one prescription. The dentist told me he was prescribing two prescriptions and I guess it's on me that when I got home and opened my prescription, I only had one. Lastly, while I was sitting at the pharmacy for approximately 35 minutes, I got a little hungry and reached in my purse and took a bite one of those chocolates you get from Olive Garden. Ouch is all I can say! This is not even a tooth that was hurting prior to visiting them. I don't even know how that's possible. Between the misinformation about scheduling, leaving work for something that absolutely was not urgent, the office only sending in one prescription, I sincerely feel like this review is warranted. I don't often leave reviews, but personally my experience was negative. The negative experience wasn't from the dentist, he seemed rather lovely. And while the staff was quite lovely, you can be lovely and not so great at your job. Just to be fair, again I was recommended and the gentleman that recommended me said they were amazing. That just wasn't my experience. ---- I find it interesting that this establishment was able to respond to my Google review rather quickly; however when I was in the office, and express my dissatisfaction about the cleaning nothing was done. I will update my review depending on their follow-up. I do see that they pretty much copy-pasted the same response to everyone. I absolutely will not go into their office and waste more of my time.

Well I arrived a week earlier than scheduled by my mistake ? however they were able to work me in and do my check up. Amy and her assistant are the best! The two together make a great team! They are friendly, efficient and provide me with the info to take care of my teeth ? Thank you both for the great experience I have had for many years ?

I was really insecure about my teeth but the hygienists and dentists made me feel super comfortable. I went in for a cleaning & exam and they were actually able to do the work I needed on the same day. At most places, it’s typical to have to wait weeks and weeks for an opening to get work done. I’m really grateful for the help I received and for how kind everyone was.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with the staff and Dr Keele! They greet you with happy smiles like they've known you forever! I love my new smile!! I would recommend Abundant Dental to anyone! How often can you leave the dentist office with a smile, feeling good!!

This office is amazing. I had an emergency tooth extraction, and I'm feeling so much better. I love that they offer follow-up appointments. It really puts a person with anxiety at ease. Thank you!

I will be genuinely honest that I was nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed on 11/5/24. However, this dental office has been extremely kind and understanding. The team who took care of me were very helpful and professional. If I ever need a dental treatment in the near future, I know that I can trust abundant dental staff! Very satisfied, Thank you!

A positive experience in every area; from making the appointment through treatment, payment and rescheduling. They got me in for emergency treatment within 30 minutes of me contacting them. This place is top notch and professional. Very organized, friendly and clean. Loved the care I received from Dr. Townsend. The entire staff here is phenomenal at creating safe space and I was treated with respect and kindness. Highly recommend!

Is it weird to rave about a dentist visit? I’m going to do it anyways. Everyone I spoke with was phenomenal and i absolutely did not feel like a dollar sign or judged (like other places) it was my first time here today and I have already recommended them to 3 people. I felt heard and comfortable. Everyone was so so so friendly. If you’re on the fence about going to them, do it!
