I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Absolute Dental on Warm Springs. This dental office provides an exceptional experience, making patients feel comfortable and relaxed, which truly enhances the dental visit. My dentist, Dr. Chin, is not only relatable but also demonstrates a genuine concern for his patients. I would not want to see anyone else. The staff members, including Jamila, Ignacio, and the young man at the front desk, consistently display pleasant attitudes and excellent personalities. We had a great experience with our Dentist and his staff. They are very patient and understanding to my son who is autistic and nonverbal. They are true professionals

You could have possibly been my fault that I wasn't that clear. I went there to have one tooth extracted because it keeps getting abscessed and there's a couple more other than you can probably be looked at I was thinking. But it seems almost instantly that they thought I need to have dentures nowhere in my mind was it that I was thinking to have all my teeth pulled I made my self clear that I'm not comfortable with that now I have dentures and I need to make an appointment to have all my teeth pulled supposedly I would like to get one tooth pulled and talk to the surgeon if dentures is really in my best interest cuz I have no problem eating talking smiling. Now I'm not sure what to do I need to get my tooth pulled that hasn't been approved so I don't know I don't know what to do. Sorry this evaluation couldn't be more positive

Absolute Dental is truly the best. I had excellent care . Professional staff are very kind and friendly. Dr X is very gentle Doctor and made a big impression with his gentle confident communication .

I went thinking they were gonna shrug me off and they really worked on getting my insurance to pay for my snap insurance. Hopefully I will have a great smile this next month . Everyone was very friendly. The time was worth the visit! I hope

I've been going to this location for almost 2 years and they have always been nice and very understanding. Know matter how many different people I've seen it's this one Young lady that always see me and she just the most sweetest woman. She has been there longer than I've been going there. I love it there.

I wish I could have given a lower rating. Was an excited new patient who has had trouble going to dentists due to a traumatic experience in the past. Finally being able to make myself go to Absolute Dental on E Warm Springs Road in order to feel better about my oral health and smiling. The process was quick as there was not a single person in the office. The dentist and nurse attended to me and left me in the exam room. After waiting for some time and seeing the entire staff in the break room I decided to wait up front, where I was also waiting an extra 10 minutes. After I was approached by the office manager who stated that I owed 3000 dollars in order to get my preventative oral work done. They claimed that nothing was covered under my insurance and they could not help me. I called my insurance and they stated not only was that a poor practice method by claiming something without filing the pre authorization paperwork. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 3000 FOR ITEMS COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE.

This place it's an Absolute joke, especially with the management, the person in charge just super clueless on what you talking about and very incompetent on her duty. They trying to charge me again on full price on a crown that they put me about a year ago because it need to be replace and without willing to fixing it, and not only, the manager comes to the room with a big attitude and she said I got to charge you for anything we do. In fact for a 2 min job she charge me 60 bucks and left me with a broken crown. Congrats, for sure I won't go anymore anywhere near an absolute Dental ever again!
