Absolute Dental - Stewart Kids

One of the best offices I’ve been too. The girls at the front were super helpful when checking in and getting assigned especially daisy. The assistants in back were so nice to my children they deserve a raise because of how good they are.

My son said they were nice and very quick ! Which they were . Only reason not 5 stars is because they didn’t let me go in . His anxiety and mine was too much . However Doctor was nice my son said which helped.

I am so grateful that I found Absolute Dental. They are the best I was struggling with my 4-year-old to brush his teeth and they were so helpful guided me and gave me different tips on ways that my 4 year old could brush his teeth. He loves brushing his teeth now . The first time going to Absolute Dental was amazing. He's also excited to go back.

This was my first time here and the experience was wonderful my son actual dentist couldnt even help him or give us the referral or resources my son needed and coming to absolute dental - stewart kids they did within a short period of time and treated us like we mattered and made sure we left there with the referral and information we needed to get my son to the right dentist / doctor he needed with no hestitation you can see this place care about their patients and were not even one and they treated us like we were. I thank you guys very much

I had an issue at one of their other locations but gave them the benefit of the doubt. (We were scheduled at the windmill location. Two of our kids were seen one day and we were scheduled for the following day. They even provided paperwork to be filled out before. We arrived on time and after xrays were told only one of us would be seen. That even with appointment 1st visit is not guaranteed. I asked why I wasn’t told that on the phone or the day before. The hygienist started yelling that we would just have to wait…. Which of course we expected to be there long. Other patients heard and commented on how rude they are)Now for this location: My insurance made a payment back in April. I showed up in May and was told my daughter could not be seen as the insurance hadn’t paid. I left and called our insurance who confirmed payment was sent but was uncashed. They asked the office call them to see if they needed a new check. I left a message, got a call back saying billing may have not processed yet. Later that day I got another call, explained I already spoke to someone. Then I got another bill and have called them multiple times to get it resolved. Each time I’ve asked they please reach out to our insurance so the uncashed check can be reissued. I’ve also asked for a follow up. On two occasions Valerie from the billing department stated they have no notes of me calling or providing the information even though I spoke to her. I also contacted them online and also did not hear back. Their customer service is terrible and would not recommend.

I took my baby for his first dental appointment ever, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and professional. We hardly had to wait, and the entire team was attentive, including the medical assistant. The dentist was wonderful—patient, professional, and made sure my child felt comfortable the whole time. This is truly an amazing team that makes dental visits quick, pleasant, and stress-free. Highly recommended!
