Incredible experience at this dental office! The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my visit was comfortable and stress-free. They even took care of my baby while I was being treated, which truly made a world of difference. The care was professional, kind, and personalized. I felt like I was in great hands from the moment I walked in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I’m giving you three star because the staff was actually very friendly to me. I can’t speak for anyone else, but they were very friendly, respectful, everyone treating me well and nobody gave me like this dry attitude that I felt at dentists before. But the only reason I give a 3 was because they had so many appointments booked on the day of my procedure that everybody waited about two hours plus before they got called to the back, my appointment was for 12 and I didn’t leave until 5-6 and I also didn’t get caught to the back until about 4. So I just suggest better scheduling instead of trying to squeeze everybody into one day because it was very overwhelming. We had to wait offside coincidentally our car was messed up so we had to drop it off at the car shop before we went there so we had to stand around outside, sitting on the curb. There were no chairs in the office on either side like it was just beyond crazy. But the friendliness of the staff, I love that and the doctor as well and they are the reason why I’m giving it three instead of one or two.. but the staff saved it from being a one or two star review so great amazing job to the staff

Need to have extractions done I have the approval from my insurance. I have to get this done before my insurance changes at the end of the year. I have been trying to get ahold of the office on Maryland parkway. Nobody answers the phone. I get sent to customer service and every time I get the same response " we will leave a message for them to return your call. We have tried to call them and they are busy with patients. They will call you in about 2 days." Weeks later with several messages and still no call back. I dont have a car or the money to go down there all the time. Please someone help me

They're always behind on appointments, scheduling multiple people at the same time but not seeing them until 30min up to 1hr 30mins PAST their appointment time. They schedule 5 people for 9am, and they don't even open the door until exactly 9 and everyone just sits in the lobby waiting well past their appointment time. At 9am when they see a group of people who have been waiting there, instead of the receptionist opening the door and welcoming people inside, they just UNLOCK the door. We had to listen for if they unlocked it, or we never would've known the place opened. When the 5 of us who were waiting walked inside, they still did not greet us. They just sat there quietly on their computers while we all signed in on the paper.
