First visit with Dr. Patel and her staff today. I felt very comfortable and felt like the the entire group listened to me and worked to give me my best possible options. I’m getting my dentures replaced and will add more when the results are in. As of this moment, I’m referring another person to them. I have every confidence I will be very happy with the results. I will continue to refer people once the results are in. Best dental practice ever and they, at the East Flamingo office, will be my go to for all things dental.

I went there today for my very first visit. They took x-rays and they found a couple of real small cavities on one of my front teeth. The dentist said there are just specs of cavities. It'll be no big deal. Won't take no time at all. I said okay. Great. So the lady from the front desks came back there to make an appointment to do that, she said. Oh I hope it's not that big of a deal if it is might have to put a Crown or a cap on it. I said well, the dentist said it was no big deal. It's just a speck and it would be really easy to fix. And she said well, we will see so the lady at the front desk is not a dentist. Why is she pretty much overriding? What the dentist told me. So I guess. We will see tomorrow when I go back. She also said well don't worry about Your insurance will cover it I surely don't like the sound of this. The lady at the front desk. I believe is the money Maker. Possibly make something big out of nothing. But we will see I could be wrong.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Let me tell you how incompetent this office is. I went in a few weeks ago for an exam. They said I needed my wisdom teeth extracted. They scheduled my appointment for yesterday. I never heard from them again. I got no reminder phone calls like every other office I've ever been to does. I had to call them to check to make sure I still had an appointment scheduled. When I got ahold of someone they told me what time my appointment was and it was an hour and a half later than the time they told me when I was scheduling in office. Fast forward to my appointment yesterday. I get there and the receptionist asks me if anyone talked to me about payment with my insurance which, of course, no one had. She then proceeds to tell me that one of my extractions was not covered by my insurance and in order to have them all done that day I would have to pay $197 or they would only be able to do a consult that day and they would have to wait for a pre approval from my insurance which could take 3-4 weeks. I went ahead and paid because I wasn't waiting another 3-4 weeks. Then I waited 2 hours before being taken to an exam room. Another hour once I got to a room. Then they put me under and performed the extractions. My best friend was with me to drive me home. Once they were finished I remember them wheeling me to her car and they gave us a baggie with after care instructions and my prescriptions. We got to Walmart pharmacy and gave them the prescriptions only for the pharmacist to tell us that the Dr never signed it and they needed to speak to the office before they could dispense it. They said they would call once they spoke to them. At 10am this morning I called Walmart to see if they had spoken to anyone, they said they called yesterday and was routed to the call center and they were told a message would be sent to the office. They called again this morning and was told the same thing. I immediately drove to the office to tell them what happened. The receptionist tells me she has to call the manager so they can resent my prescriptions electronically and someone would contact me once it was done. at 3pm I called them again after not hearing from anyone and the receptionist that answered ( who seemed new) said she had to go ask the other receptionist. She put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and said "she said she called and sent a text message and she couldn't get ahold of him" So I have no meds after have all wisdom teeth extracted? She says "IDK she said she tried calling and couldn't get ahold of anyone" Ridiculous!!!! I have to go to a completely different dental and be seen just to get the meds that Absolute Dental should have made sure I had!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!! They are TERRIBLE!!! I don't know how they're even still in business!

The Dentist at Absolute dental Flamingo and her assistant were amazing I was satisfied and comfortable throughout my visit I love how she explains everything in detail to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I am happy to make this my place to have general dental care.

They were very professional and helped me with my insurance issues but I would have liked more help regarding my teeth overall. I did go for an extraction but it would have been nice to talk about cleaning, etc.

Well so far, it’s my first time here but the people seem very nice and caring. As of right now I would honestly recommend. There is only 1 person there and I won’t throw names but seems stuck up.

Absolutely horrible experience will never go back again. I have no health insurance. I made an appointment two months in advance because that’s all that was available. When I made the appointment I told them I had no health insurance so that I could be prepared with what I would have to pay. I just wanted a cleaning and the guy on the phone quoted me an approx price. Two months later my appointment had finally arrived and I get there 15 min early only for the girls at the front at flamingo and sandhill be way too excited and happy to tell me that if I needed a deep clean that could only be determined by the doctor I would have to pay 2000 which is 10x the amount I was quoted on the phone two months prior. When I made the appointment, he never ever mentioned that if the doctor determin d I needed a deep cleaning it could possibly be 2000. No warning no anything. The girls at the front were, again, way too happy to tell me that and that I cancelled. Never again will I go to these scammer

Staff was amazing and helped me stay as calm as possible for my wisdom teeth removal! The only down fall there is to this location is the wait time but honestly the people made it worth it! From the check in desk, the surgeon & all in between :)
