Absolute Dental - Decatur

My first time going into this location and a very pleasant visit from start to end with big help from Christine & Mimi, the service was efficient, knowledgeable & absolutely amazing. With the help of a few other coworkers. I brought my 3 year old with me and they made her feel just as comfortable throughout our entire visit. Definitely will be my go to spot.

Very kind and professional staff. Dr shah is very talented and really gave me the nicest teeth after repairing chips. Her dental assistant kept me very comfortable and was so attentive I felt valued.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A DENTAL OFFICE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Very long wait time, even when no one was waiting in the lobby Office manager told me I was all done after she explained the treatment needed and asked me to follow her to the front. No dental assistant came back to remove my bib, I had to do that my self and the chair was still in laying position no one came back to move the top light back to it’s place, nor to put the chair up from it’s laying position. I have never been to a place where I had to remove my own bib and get up while the chair was still in the laying position. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Not sure how other absolute dental offices are, but if you are able to, I do recommend scheduling elsewhere. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a dental office. Office manager does not acknowledged you when you walk in. I also waited almost 2 hours just for a regular checkup. The only thing provided was x-rays but no cleaning, at other dental offices cleaning is always offered same day as checkup. Other dental office Ive been to the staff have always been attentive, friendly and welcoming. Someone who works at the front is the face of the office and should always pay attention to whoever is entering the office to greet and ask how they can help, not like this absolute dental location. If all you need is an x-ray check up and if you want to wait several hours to be seen just for that, even when there’s no one in the waiting room, then this is the location for you. WORST DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

The girls at the front desk have no idea what the're doing 1st of all. We finally were called back 1 1/2 hrs after our appointment time. There also was a gentleman who was checked in then after 2 hrs was told they didn't take his insurance at that location. Also 20 min after this young lady checked her mom in they told her they didn't have an appointment for her.

I had an exceptional experience at Absolute Dental! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The staff was knowledgeable, the office was modern, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the clear communication, prompt appointment times, and personalized care. My teeth have never felt cleaner!

They were very patient and kind with me as soon as I got there. Then the hygenienist was fabulous, personable, so professional, thorough and knowledgeable.
