Absolute Dental - Blue Diamond

Most inefficient dental office I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Oral surgeon appointment scheduled a month in advance, received a 9 page packet a few days prior, completed the packet promptly, yet was required to fill out the same exact pages again at arrival. Only to be instructed that I have to make a "quick 5 minute" call to insurance to change the oral surgeon referral to a different doctor. Phone # provided by the office resulted in a 20 minute hold before choosing the option to hold my place in line and get a call-back. Decided to call the # on the back of the insurance card instead and was able to resolve the issue in less than 20 minutes. Didn't get a call-back from the number provided by the office until an hour later.. Appointment at 9, and still didn't called into the back by 10:30. Ask about wait time to be seen at 10:36, only to be told there are 4 people ahead of me. Decided to reschedule with a different dentist. Also, if you smoke weed they won't tell you it's a problem until you show up for your appointment and answer "yes" to have you smoked MJ in the last 4 days. At which point they will tell you that they cannot see you and will have to reschedule your appointment. Watched it happen to multiple people while waiting. Notice the jam packed waiting room... Doesn't seem to be an isolated experience.

Today I had my new patient appointment. It was easy booking an appointment. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. Really liked that I was able to do all my producers all the same day. I am glad I found this dentist! I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my visit to this locatIon! I was recommended by a family member to go to this specific location. The receptionist was very polite and informative of what was going on. The assistant was so funny, kind and helped with my nerves. As well as the doctor, he walked me through everything they needed to do for my visit. The Oral Hygienist was very sweet and I enjoyed the conversation/advice she had to offer! Overall my visit was amazing and will definitely keep going to this location!!

They never even sent my medication In to the pharmacy I was in pain for days after 4 wisdom teeth removal surgery and still have yet to hear from the Office In regards to my medication. They even had me pay an additional amount for medication and I still haven’t received anything. It’s been over a week since I had my wisdom teeth removed. I never recommend anybody go here. So if the owner or manager is reading this, I’m still waiting on a callback from your office. I had surgery a week ago and you guys have still not called in my medication. I never got any mouthwash no antibiotics. Nothing this experience was awful.

ABSOLUTELY Dental should be known as ABSOLUTE joke. Extremely unprofessional, nothing it’s properly clean or sanitized, arrived at scheduled time and waited over 5 hours. Oral surgery is not done in private everyone can see and hear what’s going on with all the patients surrounding them. Total HIPPA violation. You can see the patients asleep from the waiting room. My vet gives my dog more privacy than this place.

I absolutely Love the staff at this location! Unfortunately I had to take my mom to one of the other locations and I don't recommend it! I don't care how far I have to go to get the amazing service that we Always receive from everyone from the front desk to the Doctor! Keep up the great work 👍
