I was told I was getting a great product and the best service. Well I paid them what they wanted. Over $15000.00. And what I got was terrible. It hasn't even been 3 years that I've had these implants. And they chipped once and now the top denture broke in half fron chewing a gummy multivitamin. And they are telling me that there warranty will only cover a $400.00 lab fee. And want me to pay an additional $4500.00 to have it replaced. So there warranty is garbage! And there products are the same. Beware of these crooks that just want your money. And don't honor there warranty. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. And now I have to start over with a new dentist. Total waist of money using Abby dental. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. They are the worst crooks ever preying on people that really need good dental work but all you get from them is lies and false promises.

Abbey Dental did thousands of dollars work for me. I paid for 2 warrantees.. When an implant became loose I was told that tooth was not under either one. The refused to even see see if I was to pay. Also an implant bridge they did has receded and looks terrible. Definitely do NOT recommend them

July 10, 2024 I called Abbey Dental over 5 times talking to several girls who answer the phone and each and everyone of them were rude, short did not want to listen to your concerns, make excuses to not help you during an emergency accident. I left messages after messages and asked for Jamie to call me back and I felt like they never did it, one said she does not work there, and all they wanted was to force you to text someone instead of talking and demanded they wanted to know why you wanted to talk to Jamie. It was terrible and I was asking for emergency help to talk to Jamie and I did not even get a call back over 5 times calling Abbey Dental on Eastern. Those girls anwering the phone all have a bad attitude and do not care what you need or going through. It was terrible trying to call them for help.

I paid over $3,000 to have a 4point bridge put on. I was told it was guaranteed. A couple years later it breaks! Naturally called to get a replacement or repair. I was told they are “now a luxury brand” and I had to pay in full all over again! Just cause they decide to try to rebrand themselves, I have to suffer?? Not ok! I do not recommend this dental office to anyone considering it!

They used to be a good fair dental clinic with fair prices. Suddenly they call themselves a "Luxury Brand" with the same former service and quality but with luxury prices. No justification for that enormous price increase.

My dental experience was better than I thought it would be it was fast painless and expertly done. I'm so glad I chose Abby dental to have my teeth fixed! Staff got me financing too. So, it was fast painless expertly done and easily financed! Laura and Abbey Dental Staff are so efficient and courteous they make you feel welcome. I definitely recommend Abbey Dental!
