My wife and I have been patients here for some time, and we always leave feeling well cared for. The staff is not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, always taking the time to answer our questions and make sure we’re comfortable. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, we know we’re in good hands. It’s refreshing to find a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being. We’re so glad to have found this place and can’t recommend them enough!

Dr. Roan is an excellent dentist. I have had bad dental experiences in the past that made me dread going even for a simple cleaning. I became a patient of Dr Roan's office about 12 years ago and I will never go to another dentist until he retires. It is worth the hour drive to know I will be seeing a competent professional who listens to my concerns, explains the procedures, and has my best interest in mind while performing them.

Due to the negligence of the dentist, I lost a tooth. For many years, I had been coming here for cleanings and dental care. Two or three years ago, during a cleaning, I mentioned that one of my teeth felt uncomfortable when eating, but the dentist said it was nothing or that nothing could be done. It wasn’t until the last visit that I was told the tooth had cracked. The dentist said it might be possible to do a crown, but it might not work, and the tooth might have to be extracted. At the same time, I mentioned that another tooth was hurting, and the dentist said the nerves were just affecting each other. I asked why, during all my previous visits, they never told me there was a problem with the cracked tooth. The dentist became very unhappy and avoided answering my question in various ways. Later, I went to another dentist, who said the tooth with the nerve pain was just decayed, and after filling it, the pain was gone. The cracked tooth eventually split completely and had to be extracted. The dentist who pulled the tooth said the symptoms had been present for at least two years, and if it had been treated when I first mentioned it, the tooth could have been saved. So, think carefully before coming here, even though the hygienists are very professional and patient. (For safety reason, I didn't use my real name here.)

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Hackman, and I am very pleased with the care I received. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Nichole, my nurse, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Hackman was excellent—thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my treatment options and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. The office environment was welcoming and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hackman and his team for anyone looking for high-quality dental care.
