Dr. Kumar provided exceptional care with a gentle, reassuring and most importantly fun approach, while being extremely thorough. . The office is welcoming and kid-friendly, with a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. We are thrilled with the excellent care and professionalism and highly recommend them. My 2.5 yo daughter first visit, had a blast, pics to prove!

I started a 4-6 month orthodontic treatment about 10 months ago. I feel ok with the outcomes, but I think the retainers just won't get to the exact results I want and I just have to accept that. Definitely over sold and underdelivered on both timeline and outcomes. What I am more frustrated by thought, hence the low rating, is the difficulty to schedule appointments with the practice. It seems each time I need a new set of aligners or to have bonds removed/replaced it takes over a month, and if I ever have to reschedule an appointment they are generally not available for several weeks.

Dr. Kothari and the entire team at 914 Smiles are fantastic! My family and I have been coming to Dr. Kothari for many years and have had nothing but great experiences. He is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional in all of his interactions with patients. At my most recent visit, Katherine and Danielle made sure my experience was optimal by being kind, informative, and addressing all of my concerns.
