Experienced professionalism from Dr. Hera. She put me at ease, time and again she would stop and ask me how I felt, was I alright, was I going through any unusual pain and I always replied in the negative. The assistant was very professional, she helped to keep me at ease. The receptionist was very accommodating where my future visits were concerned regarding the date and time at my convenience. Overall I am very happy with a friend who introduced me to 7 Days Dental. Keep up the excellent work that you'll are providing.

7 Days Dental in Markham is awesome! The staff is super nice, the dentists explain everything clearly, and the place is clean and modern. They’re open on weekends too, so it’s super easy to book an appointment. Great spot for cleanings, fillings, and more!

The staff working at this dental clinic are amazing. They give the absolute best cleanings, so gentle but thorough at the same time. Every staff is always helpful and does her best to ensure you are pleased and satisfied with all services. I was also pleased with the fillings and cleaning done by their Dentist .

I spent an hour of my time to go to the "free" consultation just to be told that it's just a chat with the dentist and any actual assessment of the issue (which is what consulting on an issue actually involves) is an additional charge as that counts as an exam. That is funny especially considering they would only be checking one side of my face. It'd have been better if I stayed home and spoke to the dentist on the phone. Also, I noticed a lack of attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. There was some blood on the bottom of the chair probably from a previous patient that I had to point out to the dental assistant. She cleaned it but missed the dried blood specks on the back of the chair. Then I find out that they put an authorization hold on my insurance without my consent. The 1 star is because the dentist was at least personable.
