I was blown away with the customer service at this dental office. Everyone that walked in was greeted like an old friend and the staff seemed genuinely happy to see everyone. This office is beautiful and well laid out and the doctors are kind, accommodating, and work with all needs.

With plenty of Dental options in Effingham, I recommend them above everyone else. We have a son with special needs, and they have gone above and beyond to make his experience as comfortable as possible. Their staff and dentists are very friendly and they try to take the anxiety of going to the dentist!

They gave me a root canal which I heard would be very painful and they made it completely comfortable. They also have courtesy service and called me the next day to check up on me. I really like it here. Excellent dentists. I recommend them 100%.

Okay, so, first of all, I hate going to the dentist. Dr. Brian Balda and his team got rid of that! They are so kind and easy going, and good at explaining everything. If I went and needed something "major" done, I went it was low to almost no pain. They're fun to be around and know how to handle situations. Their office is beautiful and comfortable as well! Very bright with lots of windows! Go to Dr. Balda!
