417 Endodontics

I've never had a root canal before but doing it here was a breeze! The waiting room and staff were great. Dr. Steven Raphael did the root canal. He explained the process and answered all my questions. It was a quick and painless procedure. They provided a blanket so I just got to lay there and relax. I was out within an hour from x-rays to finish! I hope to never need another one, but if I did I would come back here!

Even though needing a root canal is not anyone's idea of fun, if you ever need one this is the place to go. I went in and was in terrible pain. Dr. Steven Raphael made sure that he went ahead and helped with my pain level before fully explaining the procedure and even drew me a picture which was really super helpful in understanding what was needing to be done. They kept me in the loop throughout the procedure and checked often to make sure I was doing ok while they worked. I loved that they just talked about everyday things while it was going on. This helped me focus on other things and put me at ease. I just can't say enough about Dr. Raphael, Amber and the staff at 417 Endodontics. They truly care about their patients and went above and beyond with my care. I am so grateful! Highly recommend them!!!!

Root canal and some oral surgery was nothing like I have heard from other people. Perfectly painless! Dr. Stephen Raphael and the staff were very professional and caring every step of the way. I highly recommend this office if you need root canal!

It was my first root canal so I was quite anxious. The dr and staff were very kind and quite honestly, it was much easier for me than a regular filling at my usual dentist. I’ll definitely be coming back if needed.

My dentist referred me for a consult for a possible root canal. I showed up and had an X-ray and sat in the chair and then they informed me the cost for the consult would be $290 and insurance would not cover it. Why did they not tell me over the phone when I made the appointment? That’s shady and not ok. In response to Dr Raphael’s response, I have no missed calls or messages from his office. They have the correct phone number for me so his office has not called. I spoke to them only when I called to make the appointment and the woman I spoke to did not mention cost at all.

The appointment was friendly, calm and professional the whole way through. Dr Raphael explained everything as he went. Even the way he administered the numbing shots was pleasant(who would have thought). I am so happy I was referred there by my family dentist. Oh, and I listened to meditation music on my headphones during the procedure which made it even more comfortable. (Even relaxing)

Great pre-procedure communication as to costs and what would occur. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and assistant. Dr Raphael took time to explain procedure and show results. Less than an hour in and out. Very good. Thank you

This is the best place to go for a root canal. Dr. Steven Raphael and his dental tech Megan was absolutely amazing. The procedure was painless and very quickky done but thorough. The front desk was wonder as well.
