I’ve been avoiding the dentist for years due to some bad childhood experiences and was never happy with any of my prior dentists until now. Last year I noticed a lot of bleeding around my gums and was terrified. I was recommended 38 Meserole Dental by a co-worker some years back and finally made the call and went in for a checkup. Truly a great experience from start to finish. Nothing hurt, the cleaning was smooth and the dentist was kind and cool. He explained everything and took his time. Office has very cool new tech, which speaks to me since I work in that field. The micro photo cameras and AI software that shows where there is a cavity starting blew my mind. Dr. Ward explained and showed me more in that one appointment than I knew from a lifetime of dental visits. Got a night guard made and after a deep gum cleaning my gum inflammation is under control. I also had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Rubinov painlessly in less than 45 min. Today was my first checkup since my initial visit and I just got all A’s. No bleeding, no cavities. I’ve been seeing Dr. Rubinov at his Williamsburg location for years. I moved upstate during Covid and after trying a few dentists up here, no office even comes close! I literally drive down to see him for my checkups and dental work. He is an incredible dentist with many years of experience. He initially saved me from a nasty infection that was destroying 2 back molars. Teeth were extracted, bone grafting done and implants were placed. The process was smooth. He does all his surgeries with sedation, which is a game changer for me. I avoided the dentist for years out of high dental anxiety before I met Dr. Rubinov. It’s well worth the 2 hr drive to have this guy be my dentist

I had terrific experience with this office! Needed a couple of fillings and they were done painlessly and Dr. Ward did an excellent job! The office is super clean and modern and there is never a long wait. That the whole experience was smooth and I would highly recommend this office to anyone that wants quality care and is nervous about going to the dentist!
