I will give this location and company a 5 when they correct their error. I was told my daughter needed a trans-palatal arch or appliance, cost $650. The doctor told me it was needed for 8-12 months. A month and a half in my daughter's appliance broke and made her gums bleed, I told them immediately. They told me because it wasn't an emergency to wait for her next appointment, which was two weeks from that point. We saw the doctor on our next appointment. She removed then, never gave them back to us, never suggested that they be fixed or new ones be ordered, and she told me that I would not be charged for them, that instead, my daughter would need extractions of 4 teeth. We did that instead. My payments were supposed to be for 13 months, and now my daughter is going on a 20 month charge. I have never received a call with a resolution. Instead I have to spend 30 to 40 minutes every time I call the office retelling the story. Just to be given the run around. Not my home office nor customer service office (Jasmine, accounting manager) have been able to resolve this is a timely manner. Two appointments ago (roughly 4 months ago), they told us my daughter would be getting her retainers, her teeth were aligned. Now they're telling me that she needs more time, and they want to charge me for that, because it will be over the 24 month period. Smh! We attend the Santa Ana office, previously we were in Chino (now closed)

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! DO NOT GET DECEIVED BY THEIR ADS!! I WAS RECOMMENDED HERE BY AN INFLUENCER (do not want to blame for this) but My daughter started her treatment in 2021 and We finished paying off her braces, at the CHINO LOCATION, It all started when they started spreading her appointments in to months apart, the. suddenly around 2023, they email is to tell us to call them and reschedule, the. suddenly they tell us that their CHINO OFFICE HAD CLOSED AND OUR OTHER OPTION WAS THE CORONA OFFICE WHICH IS WAY FURTHER FOR US. My daughter had an appointment around 12/2023, then we get an email saying that their office had a power outage and that her appt had been canceled. then the holidays pass, my daughter went back to school and finally around 02/2024 we call them and they dont have an appt until 04/2024!! Then April comes, my daughter shows to her appt, And they tell her that We need to pay an additional $500 to continue to treat her!!! Mind you shes under age, they dont have the decency to call me and tell me, then i have her tell them to call me. And I believe I spoke to maria, she tells me there’s nothing they can do since we didn’t go to our appointments Mind you they were the ones that were cancelling us , and they were the ones that closed their location without notice. Again, just Dont put your health at risk with this Company and dont waste your time and money, will be reporting them To the BBB AND POSSIBLY REACH OUT TO MY LAWYER..

Horrible ! You get what you pay for . 360 left gaps in my front teeth and told me they couldn’t close the gap due to my side teeth being too small. They recommended that I go next door for a “build up” and I did just that and now the dentists (Assure ) next door said that is not recommended . 360 didn’t know what they were talking about he said and they left the gaps to big . Very disappointed and misleading . Now I have to go elsewhere and pay again for braces to close the gaps .

They get three stars because the employees are always kind and patient. They are way overbooked and so wait times for appointments are consistently long and times between appointments exceed 8 weeks. Don’t ever cancel or try to reschedule because you’ll have to wait forever for treatment. They just recently changed locations with no advance notice, doubling the distance for us. I would never have known to go to the new location if we didn’t have a friend go to the old location, thus missing their appointment and being offered a reschedule 2 months later. What a joke!
