207 Periodontics

Misleading and dishonest to say the least! Told me after insurance a quote of 2700. Come to find out, it cost me after insurance 5,000! They stated I needed a bone graft to save a tooth. This was May of this year. It is now September and after visiting another dentist I am told bone grafts usualy dont work and there is only a 50 percent chance it would take anyway. That is not what 207 Perio told me. I am also going to lose that tooth anyway. Lucky for me, I found an honest dentist that will actually help and be honest! They also put a splint on that tooth which come to find out, isnt even attached to that tooth! Very misleading and very expensive!

Dr Achille is an amazing practitioner. As a general dentist, I've had the pleasure of referring patients to her over the past several years and have been extremely impressed with how incredibly bright and talented she is. Their office take care of many of our patients and we are very happy to see our patients treated well and cared for this way. Thank you Dr Achille and staff!

Jan, the receptionist, today hung up on me, this is the second time she has harassed me for bills I do not or should not owe to this practice. The first time I was sent a bill and told I did not pay it. She was belligerent and insistent on the phone even after I told her I have my bank statement showing I paid it. After a heated few hours she found the paid bill in a "pile of papers". And this time I am being charged for a cleaning and consultation that my insurance pays 100% for. Would you want to pay twice for it? And the consultation, I was told there was no charge for. Then I got a brief letter saying, per my request, my account and appointments have been canceled rather than sorting out and admitting to their mistakes. And, BTW, Dr Donald L Theriault placed my implant improperly and ruined $10,000 worth of orthodontist work and then retired a few months after the surgery... No recourse and the accounting is terrible here. Random bills and dental surgery gone amuck. And the terrible service has apparently carried over to the new periodontist running the practice. She wanted to kill a perfectly healthy eyetooth to fix Dr Theriault's surgery, 4 years of braces just to get a misaligned transplant. The random bills and haughty billing dept, are merely the icing on the cake.
